The system uses PE, PS, PEbitda, PCF and PBV as proxies for what the market 'knows' about a stock, thus determining what is driving value, where current and medium term value is, to what extent risk is being priced in and, ultimately, a Graham and Dodd style Margin of Safety analysis. Aggregating bottom up information to determine the same value and risk metrics for sectors and indices, Apollo generates ideas from a universe of 6,000 stocks globally, providing a highly visual representation of risk and reward.
