Costigan Reports Inc. is an independent and conflict-free North American equity research boutique based in Vancouver, Canada. We provide timely, actionable mid- and small-cap (between $1 billion and $10 billion) equity investment ideas to our clients on a monthly basis. The majority of our selections have limited coverage by the street. Ours is a mosaic approach. We first apply a fundamental bottom-up analysis of material public information and combine it with non-material, non-public information. We specifically seek out and endeavour to take advantage of market inefficiencies. We search for North American companies with specific attributes: strong operating cash flow, strong balance sheet, good corporate governance with a clearly defined capital deployment strategy, and a catalyst to move the stock higher over the near-term (one year) and the medium-term (three years).
